preliminary plans and elevations. Engineer must prepare survey,
utility and drainage plans. Surveyor must provide topographical
to engineer for drainage layout. This process usually involves
approval from both Planning & Zoning Commission and City
Council.
Engineer prepares plans for submittal to area utility
contractors for bids. Contractors complete water, sewer and
electrical.
