We have been enjoying our new custom built DeGuire home now for 14 months and we are happy to report that it has met or exceeded our expectations in every way.
We have received many favorable comments from visitors and passersby regarding the look and obvious quality work that went into producing this home. The many "extras" and special touches that you provide, (often unsolicitied), make for a very impressive presentation whenever we have guests.
In any new piece of construction there will always be concerns that need to be addressed, and we are happy to report that the response from the DeGuire team has always been timely, so that anything that needed attention was promptly resolved to our satisfaction.
We would particularly like to commend the friendly, courteous, and helpful work of your team members, Peggy, Dwane, and Glenda who assisted and guided us from the beginning.

Dear Derek,
I am writing to thank you for the wonderful experience of building a home with your company for the second time. The entire process, from start to finish, has been exciting and enjoyable.
Everyone who works at DeGuire Properties has been professional, friendly, and ready to help. Dwane was always available to answer any questions, correct any problems, and facilitate any changes. Carolyn was a big help in making all our selections, as decorating is not our strong point. Glenda was always friendly and was a big help in getting my concerns and questions to the right person. When deciding to build, Peggy was a wealth of information and really made us feel comfortable. She had some great ideas at the planning stages of our home, things we wouldn't have thought of ourselves.
We have moved many times in the past few years, and this house is finally our "home", a place we plan to stay for many, many years. Thus, we wanted it to be a close to our dream home as we could afford to make it. We have been in our house almost a year, and we really love it. Thanks to everyone for making our dream home a reality.
