House is "in the dry". Framing is complete, roof is on and
windows are installed. At this stage the client does a framing
walk-through with the Project Manager to review the framing
prior to sheetrock installation. |

Ready for sheetrock. The first phase of the HVAC and
electrical systems have been installed as well as second phase
of the plumbing system. Prior to installing insulation and
sheetrock City inspections must be completed and passed. |

The
exterior brick and/or stone will begin as well as wall and
ceiling textures to your interior walls. |

5 |
The
interior cabinetry, trim and doors have been completed as well
as completion of the staircase (if applicable). |

The
interior and exterior painting and staining have been
completed. |

7 |
Countertops in the kitchen and baths have been installed as
well as tile flooring and the tile back-splashes. |

Lights, appliances and plumbing fixtures are installed. The
carpet flooring will also be installed. |

The
final paint and final cleaning is completed. The exterior
sprinkler system and landscaping is also completed. The
project manager personally performs a thorough quality
inspection and checklist. |

Homeowners orientation. The project Manager and the client
review your new home and get it ready for move-in! |
