A: The security deposit is paid separately from the rent.

been approved and the security deposit has been paid it is non-refundable.

A: A co-signer may be required in cases where our minimum qualifying criteria is not met.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Tenants conveniently pay rent electronically through their tenant portal.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Most of our properties allow up to 2 small pets (less than 20 lbs).
We consider pets on a case by case basis and a $250 pet fee must be submitted
for each pet as well as signed Pet Agreement.
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: The lease agreement is a legally binding contract between the landlord
and each tenant 18 years and older.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: The lease agreement automatically renews on a month to month basis unless the
tenant provides 60 days notice prior to the expiration date.
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Maintenance requests are required to be submitted through the tenant portal.
Valid requests will be completed and paid for by the landlord.
If the tenant damages the property or causes the need for the maintenance call it
will be at the tenant's expense.
